Apple plans to spend more than $30 billion under a multi-year chip supply agreement with Broadcom.

The agreement runs through 2031 and covers FBAR radio-frequency chips used in Apple devices.

Broadcom will invest $1.5 billion to expand its Colorado facility.

Apple CEO Tim Cook said the investment strengthens the company’s U.S. supply chain.
